If you want your Jooay account to be deleted, first log into Jooay, then go to your profile and click on the big empty space (or the space where you have written your description). Then write the words “DELETE ME” and save, so that we have a proof that the account you want to delete is yours. Then write an email to Jooay@childhooddisability.ca with subject line “Delete my account”, and give us your Jooay username.
If you cannot log back in, just write to us that you want to delete an account that you can’t log back in, but make sure that you are writing from the same email address that you used when you were logging in.
Please note that activities that you submitted are not part of your account and therefore won’t be deleted. Your history will become anonymous to us, and hidden from the app’s News section. The rest will be deleted.
